PAy As You Go Venue Rental
Not every retreat starts with a full guest list — and that’s perfectly fine. Our Pay-As-You-Go model is designed for facilitators who prefer to grow their group gradually or want more flexibility in how they structure their event.
With this model, you only pay for what you use: spaces, accommodation, and meals are charged separately and only as needed. It’s a slightly less economical route than our all-inclusive option, but ideal for those working with evolving numbers or new audiences.
And the best part? Once your group fills up, you can switch to the All-Inclusive model at any time — keeping things flexible without compromising on support or quality.

Booking Terms and Payment Policy
To keep planning smooth and ensure we can secure the venue and any partner services in good time, we apply the payment and cancellation terms below. Please read these carefully before confirming your booking.
Reservation fee and payments
To secure your booking, we require a reservation fee equal to 30% of the venue rental. This applies to the venue rental only and excludes any additional services such as catering, transport, activities, or other third-party provisions.
The remaining 70% of the venue rental is due 30 days before the event start date.
Catering and all other third-party services are invoiced separately and must be paid in full between 30 and 1 day before the event start date, so we can confirm and secure these bookings with our partners.
Cancellation policy (reservation fee)
90 days or more before the event start date:
100% of the reservation fee is refunded, minus 2.5% bank charges.
Between 45 and 30 days before the event start date:
50% of the reservation fee is refunded (bank charges already included).
From 30 days before the event start date onwards:
The reservation fee is non-refundable.
Date changes instead of cancellation
If you prefer not to cancel, you may request a one-time date change, provided the new dates are available and the request is made at least 45 days before the original event start date.
- If the new dates are more expensive, an additional deposit will be requested to reflect the higher venue rental.
- If the new dates are less expensive, the remaining balance due will be adjusted accordingly.
When a date change is confirmed, all payment due dates (for the remaining venue rental and any third-party services) move in line with the new event dates. However, the refund timeline for the reservation fee does not reset. It remains tied to the original event start date, and a date change cannot be used to obtain a higher refund.
- A second date change is possible, but incurs a 50% penalty on the reservation fee.
- A third date change is treated as a cancellation and handled under the cancellation policy above.
