Choose the Model That Works for You

At Terra Verde, we make it simple for facilitators to host meaningful, well-supported workshops and retreats. Whether you’re an experienced teacher with a full group ready to go, or just beginning to gather interest, we offer two clear pricing models to suit your needs.

We understand that every facilitator works differently — and every retreat takes shape in its own way. That’s why we offer two distinct ways to collaborate: one for confirmed groups with everything included from the start, and one for a more gradual, flexible approach. In both cases, our team is here to support you with clarity, care, and commitment.

Good to know: You can switch from Pay-As-You-Go to the All-Inclusive model at any point, once you have sufficient enrolments. This gives you maximum flexibility without overcommitting at the start.

Option 1: All-Inclusive Group Booking

This is the simplest and most economical option if you’re confident about bringing a full group.

What’s included:

Exclusive rental of the entire country house, including all rooms
All meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a daily coffee break (per-person basis)
Use of all common indoor and outdoor spaces
Optional safari tents (accommodating 2 to 4 people per tent)
Optional campsite (with pre-set tents and inflatable mattresses included)

Pricing:

A fixed per-block price for each accommodation unit. The country house is always included, as it forms the main block with all rooms, common areas, workshop spaces, and gardens.
Safari tents and the campsite can be added as optional extras
Food is charged separately on a per-person basis
Transport (if needed) is charged at €1/km per 8 people, including a driver
