NOT THE RIGHT FIT for
Hotel expectations: Terra Verde is not a hotel. Rooms are limited, there are no en-suites, and wet rooms are shared within your group.
Large plenary conferences: indoor plenary seating is capped at 32. Larger groups work best split into breakouts and outdoor formats.
Full accessibility requirements: it is an old building with stairs and no lift, so it may not suit all mobility needs.

Location and travel
Terra Verde is in Côja (Arganil), Central Portugal. It is about 1.5 hours from Porto and about 2.5 hours from Lisbon by car. That distance is an advantage when the goal is a true reset: far enough to switch off office mode, close enough to do in a day.
For larger groups, we can also start some programmes in Coimbra (briefing and a first activity block), then transfer to Terra Verde for the main team challenge and outdoor sessions. This works particularly well for teams travelling from different places, since Coimbra is a natural meeting point for groups split between Lisbon and Porto.
