Planning a retreat, workshop or course at Terra Verde? Use this simple estimator to see what you’d need to charge each participant based on the options you choose (duration, group size, accommodation, meals and add-ons). It’s a streamlined tool to give you a sensible, per-person guide price.

The figures are indicative only. If you’d like to proceed, submit the form and we’ll turn it into an itemised, official quote. Discounts for longer programmes and early-bird bookings can be set from the start and are reflected in the final estimate.

This calculator is for multi-day retreats/workshops using our All-Inclusive Group Booking model. It doesn’t apply to the Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) model. For PAYG pricing, download the PDF here.

Step 1: Start by determining your discount

What is your discount?
Early birds get even more discount: would your retreat take place over 6 months from now?

Step 2: Establish how much you would like to earn per participant

This is the amount you yourself would like to earn per student, without including any costs with accommodation, meals, transport or venue rental costs.

 

Step 3: Establish the numbers to use for this calculation

Because it isn’t practical to account for every variable, this estimate is based on the following:

  • The daily hire fee for the house is fixed and will be divided by the number of participants you confirm.

  • To guarantee a private room for each participant, please limit the group to seven.

  • For groups larger than seven, some rooms will be shared.
