Included Amenities
All venue rentals include the following services and facilities as part of your stay:
Accommodation & Facilities
Full exclusive use of the venue (no other guests or groups on-site)
Charming accommodation in the country house and glamping cabins
Dedicated teacher lodging free of charge in the Teacher’s House
Access to indoor workshop spaces and outdoor practice areas
Spring-fed luxury wet rooms, with shared but private-feel showers
High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, including outdoors
Intelligent room lighting and USB charging ports in every room
Fresh linens, towels, and daily housekeeping of shared facilities
Food & Dining
Use of dining room and outdoor terrace for all meals
Access to filtered spring water and self-serve tea corner throughout the day
Daily breakfast and lunch (if included in your package)

- Pre-arrival setup of all workshop spaces according to your plan
- On-site staff support throughout your stay
- Initial planning call to align on logistics and schedule
Optional Add-On Services

- Coffee break service (€6 per person)
- Grazing box (takeaway lunch/snack) (€15 per person)
- Local Restaurant dinner provision (€7 per person)
Transport & Logistics
- Airport pickup (Lisbon or Porto) – €110 per 7 people
- Local transport (within 30 km) – €40 per 7 people
Activities & Experiences
- Yoga or meditation class with a local practitioner (€80 per class, up to 14 people)
- Guided hike or walk in the region (€60 per group)
- Game circuit in the forest (€15 per person)
- Wine tasting evening (€25 per person)
- Bar service for 4 hours (€50 for 10 people)
- Corkage fee for external wine (€5 per bottle)
Equipment Rental
- Bike rental – €20 per day
- E-bike rental – €50 per day
- Half-day guided e-bike tour – €70 per person
For Larger Events
- Large event infrastructure add-on (sound, lighting, coordination) – €2,500 per event
