At Terra Verde, we aim to make planning your retreat as straightforward as possible. Our full-service pricing model includes exclusive venue use, accommodation, meals, and optional extras — so you can focus on delivering a great experience to your participants.
Below you’ll find daily rental rates, and two sample packages that show how much you could expect to pay per participant, based on a group of 14.
Daily Venue Rental (Country House Only)
Includes all accommodation + full access to workshop spaces (tax included)

3-Night Retreat (Low Season – April, May, October, November)
3 nights, 4 days – A perfect format for long weekend retreats
- Country House rental: €1,231 x 3 = €3,693
- Breakfast (16 people x 3 days): €15 x 16 x 3 = €720
- Lunch (16 people x 3 days): €24 x 16 x 3 = €1,152
Total Cost: €5,565
Per Participant: €398

6-Night Retreat (Mid Season – June or September)
6 nights, 7 days – Ideal for in-depth learning or transformational retreats
- Country House rental: €1,477 x 6 = €8,862
- Breakfast (16 people x 6 days): €15 x 16 x 6 = €1,440
- Lunch (16 people x 6 days): €24 x 16 x 6 = €2,304
Total Cost: €12,606

Slow Season Discount
For retreats held in April, May, October, or November, we offer a 15% discount on venue rental.
