Terms & Conditions – Terra Verde Themed Weeks
By booking a place in any Themed Week at Terra Verde, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment Options
Guests may choose to:
- Pay the full amount at the time of booking, or
- Pay a deposit to reserve a place, with the remaining balance due no later than 30 days before the start date of the program.
If the balance is not paid by the deadline, we reserve the right to offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.
2. What’s Included
Each themed week includes:
- 6 nights of accommodation
- Daily breakfast and lunch, and group dinners
- All workshops, classes, and group sessions
- Use of shared facilities, including creative spaces, gardens, and nature trails
- All taxes and service charges
Travel to and from Terra Verde, insurance, and optional activities not listed in the program are not included unless specified otherwise.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 45 days or more before the start date: deposit refunded minus a €100 admin fee.
- Cancellations between 30–44 days before start date: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat: no refunds, but a name transfer (i.e. sending someone in your place) may be possible with prior approval.
We highly recommend securing travel insurance for protection against unforeseen circumstances.
4. Minimum Group Size
Themed Weeks typically require a minimum of 8 participants to run. If this number is not met, Terra Verde reserves the right to cancel the program. In such a case, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another Themed Week.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, travel bans, pandemics, etc.), Terra Verde will offer either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
6. Community Agreement
Themed Weeks are built on shared respect, presence, and curiosity. All participants are asked to contribute to a safe, inclusive, and considerate environment for everyone involved.
