A COLLABORATION


This summer, the manor house in Pisão, near Côja, opens its doors for a series of intimate tasting dinners on selected evenings in August and September.
In collaboration with The Pirates Kitchen—a well-known cooking duo celebrated for their bold, international style—each dinner becomes a relaxed yet elegant journey through some of the world’s most delicious regions, limited to just 32 guests per night.
Dinners are served either in the historic salons or out in the garden of this beautifully restored country estate.

WHAT IS IT?
Each evening offers a relaxed and refined five-course tasting menu, inspired by a different corner of the world — from Indonesian spice to Middle Eastern warmth or Caribbean fusion.
You’re welcome to arrive from 6pm for a stroll through the gardens and a peek inside the house, built in the 1800s and lovingly restored, with its original furniture and elegant 1920s décor still in place. Dinner begins around 7pm.
The menu includes:
– a starter
– a soup or second starter
– two mains
– dessert and coffee
Drinks are not included, but we have a hand-picked wine list featuring some of the region’s finest small producers.
When the evenings are warm, most guests dine under the linden tree by the river — one of the most magical spots on the estate. The dining hall is always available and ideal for larger groups, and guests may be relocated indoors on less pleasant evenings.
