Sally is a very lively and cheerful person – truely passionate about yoga, having a holistic approach to the body. In her teachings is focusing both on breathing and movement as well as relaxation methods.
For now, Sally could teach yoga, but in the future she loves to incorporate acupuncture and maybe organise a retreat.

Lives in Barril de Alva (moved to Portugal from UK in 2020, because of the Brexit)
