Mathias would be a great addition as a specialist speaker (on mushrooms) during a permaculture course (vegetable protection, cooking, growing). He also has this course. He could also do a segment or 2 in themed weeks on food and medicinal use of mushrooms. His girlfriend Sarah knows almost as much as him, so they could come together. No foraging!
