I can only assess Marijn sice Maurice was not present. They seem like an ideal option for large, sporadic events as requested by groups, but they would also like to consider the permanent option. This is, however, not my preference (Peter), mainly because I think they’d be a little too expensive. Alternatively, they could do a weekly event to give some rest to other chefs.
