THEMED WEEKS
This policy applies to all bookings made for Themed Weeks at Terra Verde.
🗓 Cancellations by the Participant
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your participation in a Themed Week, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Refund Structure:
- 45 days or more before the retreat start date:
✔ Full refund minus a €100 administrative fee - 30–44 days before the retreat start date:
✔ 50% refund of total amount paid - Less than 30 days before the start date:
❌ No refund available
However, you may transfer your booking to another person (subject to approval), at no additional charge.
⚠️ Cancellations by Terra Verde
If we must cancel a Themed Week (e.g. due to low enrollment, force majeure, or unforeseen events), you will receive:
- A full refund of all payments made, or
- The option to transfer your payment to a future Themed Week
We are not responsible for additional costs such as airfare, insurance, or travel arrangements.
✈️ Travel Insurance Recommendation
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, delay, and medical emergencies. This protects both you and your investment in the event of unexpected changes.
📥 Non-Tangible Returns Policy
As Themed Weeks are service-based and delivered at a fixed location and date, returns are not applicable once the event has begun.
